The walkthrough videos

In 2011 we went to the AmeriVacS facility in San Diego, CA, and had the manufacturer demonstrate every machine on camera — features, air requirements, safety interlocks, and options. Our goal was simple: a buyer should be able to see exactly what they're purchasing before picking up the phone.

AmeriVacS machines are built to a stable design. The sealer in each video is, in all meaningful ways, the sealer they assemble today. Specifications, options, and pricing can change, so we always confirm current details on a quote-by-quote basis.

Who we are

BCU Plastics & Packaging has been selling and supporting AmeriVacS vacuum sealers since 2011. We work primarily with commercial food processors, medical device manufacturers, aerospace suppliers, and packaging operations that need professional-grade, built-to-last sealing equipment — not consumer appliances.

About AmeriVacS®

AmeriVacS is the manufacturer, located in San Diego, CA. Their machines are hand-assembled in the US and carry a 2-year limited warranty against electrical and mechanical defects. The retractable-nozzle design — where the vacuum probe pulls back behind the seal jaw so it can never be sealed into the bag — is the signature feature of the entire line.

• 2-year limited manufacturer warranty on electrical and mechanical components
• Wear items (heating elements, Teflon, seal gaskets) are excluded
• 1-week evaluation period available on non-custom machines
