Self-Contained Retractable Nozzle Vacuum Sealer
Foot pedal–activated vacuum packaging, completely self-contained. The CAVS expands the AVS-Series with an internal air compressor, eliminating the external compressor requirement entirely.
Plug-and-play retractable-nozzle vacuum sealing: at the push of a foot pedal the CAVS pulls vacuum and lays down a clean, wrinkle-free seal without bag distortion. Clean-room compatible and built with the same components as the rest of the AmeriVacS line.
Like its siblings, the CAVS will not fire an impulse until the upper and lower jaws completely meet — operator safety and seal integrity are enforced by the machine itself, not by training.
The CAVS serves the widest range of clientele: medical and electronics device manufacturers, food-industry retailers (dry goods), pharmaceutical, and aerospace.

Questions buyers actually ask
CAVS vs CAVN?
Same self-contained design; the CAVN adds gas purge. If your product needs a nitrogen flush, choose the CAVN. If vacuum alone is enough, the CAVS is the simpler, lower-cost machine.
Do I need anything besides a power outlet?
No. The internal compressor supplies the pneumatics, so a standard outlet runs the whole machine.
