Options & accessories

AmeriVacS machines are configured to order. Here’s what the common options and accessories do — and one thing to know before you order a custom unit.

Options & accessories walkthrough Archive footage from our 2011 dealer visit. AmeriVacS designs are largely unchanged, but specs, options, and terms may have — confirm current details in the product description and your quote.

Accessories worth knowing

Work tray. Mounts to the front of the machine and rests the package at the nozzle and seal bar — steadier packages, straighter seals, less operator fatigue. Fits AVN, AVS, CAVN, and CAVS models from 20" to 35".

Adjustable stand. Anodized-aluminum stand fitting AVS and AVN vacuum sealers and AVP impulse sealers up to 35". Sets work height and angles the sealer ergonomically — a real throughput gain on full-shift sealing.

Second seal bar (AVC). Installed opposite the main bar in the chamber, it doubles capacity on smaller packages.

Custom option codes, decoded

Factory options appear on quotes as codes. The ones you’ll see most:

The custom-unit rule

Know this before ordering: machines built with custom options are made to order and cannot be canceled once the order is placed and received by AmeriVacS — and the 1-week evaluation period applies only to non-custom machines. If you’re unsure whether you need an option, call first; it’s exactly the kind of question we can settle in two minutes.
